Any use that redefines or genericizes the marks, or that could mislead users or search engines, is prohibited.
- No genericization:
Don't “Forex VPS,” “ForexVPS,” or “Forex Velocity Processing System” as a stand-in for “forex virtual private server,” VPS hosting for trading, or any generic service. Use your own neutral descriptors for non-affiliated products.
- Patents vs. trademarks: The names/brands above are protected by trademark law. The underlying Forex Velocity Processing System™ and X-connect™ ecosystem include patented technologies and other intellectual property owned by NextPointHost®.
- Official brand domains: The original ForexVPS® brand is delivered only via NextPointHost.com and the following official regional domains: Forex-VPS.us, ForexVPS.london, Forex-VPS.es, ForexVPS.gl.
